The sugar glider is a marsupial famous for being able to glide from tree to tree, using ‘wings’ that stretch between its legs. These adorable little creatures are omnivorous & the name 'Sugar Glider' refers to its preference for sugary nectarous foods and ability to glide through the air, much like a flying squirrel.
